#CTL Red, White, and Blue Shots

It’s our country’s 235th Independence Day.  The founding father’s are all doing 235 shots in their graves to celebrate.

Though it’s the Fourth of July, we celebrate the First, Second, and Third.  So…you’ve trained your liver all through 2nd semester for this time, and now the time has come.

Add some patriotic flare to your drinking this weekend with these:


The Red, White, and Blue #CTL

  • 1 Shot of Blue Curacao
  • 1 Shot of Cointreau
  • 1 Shot of Grenadine

Build layers, pouring over the back of a spoon as you add them.

 

The #CTL Patriotic Shot

  • 1/2 Part Grenadine
  • 1 Part Blue Curacao
  • 1 Part Vodka

In a shot glass, pour grenadine.

Tilt glass and with a steady hand, pour Blue Curacao

Use the same method to tilt the glass and pour vodka with a steady hand.

 

America, Hell Yeah! Shooter #CTL

  • 1 Part Grenadine
  • 1 Part Peach Schnapps
  • 1 Part Blue Curacao

Slowly pour each into shot glass in order: grenadine, peach schnapps, and blue curacao

 

American Girl Wasted Jello Shots #CTL

Typical jello shots, layered in blue (blueberry), white (Knox and milk), and red (strawberry).  Don’t forget to go heavy on the vodka. It is, after all, a time to celebrate.

It’s time to celebrate America with four solid days of raging. Bottoms up!
